How do I buy a gift voucher?

You can choose which delivery method is best for you and you can choose if you would like it delivered to yourself or to somebody you are giving the voucher as a gift.

When will I receive my gift voucher?

Gift vouchers purchased before 1pm on a working day will be dispatched on the same day. Gift vouchers purchased after 1pm or on a weekend will be dispatched the following working day.

The following delivery times are an estimate, depending on the delivery option you choose.

Standard Post - should be received within 2-5 working days of the order being placed.

Express Post - should be received within 3 working days of the order being placed.

Standard International - should be received within 5-12 working days of the order being placed.

Express International - should be received within 4-8 working days of the order being placed.

Email - should be received the same day as the order is placed (including weekends).

How do I redeem my gift voucher?

All the instructions for redemption can be found on your gift voucher. You simply call or email the reservation contact. It is important to take the gift voucher with you and hand it in when you arrive at the venue offering the service that has been paid for.

I have received a \\\"failed transaction\\\" error at the end of checkout. What does this mean and what should I do?

If the transaction has failed, chances are there has been a communication breakdown between our system and your bank account, so your credit card will not have been charged.

Will the price of the gift voucher appear on the voucher?

The only way the price will appear is if the gift voucher is for a specified amount or money rather than an experience. All other gift vouchers will not display the price.

Do gift vouchers have an expiry date?

Yes, all gift vouchers have an expiry date. The validity will be displayed during the ordering process as well as on the actual gift voucher so the recipient is aware of this.

Is my credit card safe to use on the website?

Yes, it is very safe to use your credit card on our website. We use a trusted third party called Vouch For It. Vouch For It does not store any card details on their database, they only use them at the time of purchase. This means you will have to re-enter your card details each time you make a purchase.
